Objectives of the Ministry

Under the Strategic Framework 2021-2025 prepared by the Ministry in line with the “Vision of Prosperity” policy framework;

Improving the productivity of existing coconut plantations and increasing the productivity of coconut lands by promoting coconut cultivation in areas where coconut is not currently cultivated and encouraging growers to cultivate intercrops.
