Accordingly, improving the productivity of existing coconut plantations and promoting coconut cultivation in the areas where coconut is not currently cultivated and promoting intercropping, with a focus on building a people-centered economy in line with the Government Policy Framework with the support of all institutions under the Ministry of State Increasing the productivity of coconut lands by encouraging growers, promoting the coconut, palmyrah and kithul industries and diversifying products through value addition, directing research to product exports
